Clean and dry the inside of your plate. A dry plate holds longer.

Apply a thin line
Put a thin line of Haldrow where the plate meets your gums. Less is more.

Bite and trim
Put the plate in, bite down gently for about 30 seconds and trim any extra. Done for the next 2 to 3 days.

Can I use it with immediate dentures?
Yes, once your gums have closed up after the extractions. Immediates get loose fast while your gums heal, and that is exactly the gap Haldrow fills. Keep going to your dentist follow-ups.
Does it work on the lower plate?
Yes. It works on uppers and lowers, partials and full dentures. The lower plate is the one most of our customers bought it for.
How long does one application last?
Usually 2 to 3 days. When it starts to feel loose, peel off the old layer and put in a fresh thin line.
Is it a glue or a paste?
No. It is a soft liner that fills the space between your gums and the plate. It is zinc-free and doesn’t taste like chalk.
